Nature of goods sold

  • All paintings  and goods on sale on this website are offered by the artist Jezel Art.

Payment Security

  • All credit card transactions are done via PayPal, offering and ensuring a totally secure payment system. The page for entering your banking information is encrypted (SSL technology, Secure Socket Layer). Your bank details cannot be intercepted. Your bank details (card number, expiry date and cryptogram.) are not communicated to Jezel Art.

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address indicated within 10 working days. Delivery charges will be shown at the end of your order process.

Returns and refunds

Because you are buying the Goods by mail order, you may have a right of cancellation. If you do, (and only if you do), these are the terms which apply:

  • All correspondence regarding the return of Goods shall be carried out between you and Jezel Art.
  • You must inform Jezel Art via the contact form that you wish to cancel within 14 days of your receipt of the Goods
  • The Goods must be returned to Jezel Art within 21 days of delivery:
  • with both goods and all packaging in their original condition;
    • securely wrapped;
    • including the delivery slip;
    • at your risk and cost.
  • After Jezel Art has received the returned Goods, you will be credited via PayPal for the full purchase price of the goods and the original delivery cost within 14 days after reception of Goods.

Governing Law

The present contract is regulated by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
